The Hampton Inn Buffalo-Amherst, developed by Uniland Development Company, is North America’s first hotel certified in Universal Design. Located at The Northtown Center athletic complex, this $14.4 million, 107-room hotel sets a new standard for socially responsible design. The project was a collaboration with the University at Buffalo’s Center for Inclusive Design and Environmental Access (IDeA Center).
