ICAN Breaks Ground on New Family Resource Center and Children's Museum

ICAN and the Utica Children’s Museum broke ground on a project to renovate a 40,000-square-foot building in Utica’s Parkway District. This facility will house the ICAN Family Resource Center and a modernized Utica Children’s Museum. The Family Resource Center will occupy the first and third floors, offering services such as mental health support, parent training, and crisis care. The second floor will be dedicated to the children’s museum, featuring interactive exhibits and a new 4,000-square-foot addition with amenities like a reception area and a two-story climbing structure.
